1.Manage and maintain Customer and staff relationships
2.Define and develop the strategic plan to grow business
3.Manage customer expectations and satisfaction
4.Guiding recruiting and placements
5.provide insight and advice to onshore and offshore delivery teams for continuous improvement in service delivery
6.Excellent in negotiation and communication both internal and external, with strong coordination skills
7.Positive and innovative, strongly stress resistant, pursue simplification
?Desired Skills & Experience
8.A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
9.1~3+ years of sales experience, IT Solutions and outsourcing Service s experience is preferred.
10.Proven sales and account management skills
11.Driven to achieve results and takes personal responsibility to overcome obstacles to achieve those end results in a positive, collaborative manner
12.Personable, yet principle insistence
13.Fluent English communication skills
