Job Description:
1.solve complex operation environment issues/incidents and be able to create architecture for complex solutions.
2.Be able to handle customer contact and secure delivery of quality products.
3.Responsible for the technical project management.
4.Be up to date with the newest technologies within relevant areas and be able to leverage from reuse to support a healthy operations economy.
5.Be responsible for the communication and coordination between DK and CN team.
6.A good IT knowledge background and strong project and people management skill is required.
Daily Operations:
1.Being a driver and initiator to drive the daily operations tasks for your team and you dealing with several (maybe) hundreds of servers, databases and applications,ensuring all meet our quality requirements and customer expectations.
2.Ensure where applicable necessary tools are applied to test new systems,optimize existing solutions and monitored to keep as smooth operations as possible.
3.Able to build proof-of-concept prototypes and necessary documtation for operations.
4.Optimises our processes to at all time to reflect an effective daily operations.
5.Being the role model for less experienced consultants/specialists and coach these in their ongoing career move.
6.Performance tuning, optimize, troubleshoot is not only part of your skill set, it is the foundation for your deep knowledge and long experience.
Customer Contact:
1.Play a significant part in the customer meetings pre-sales or further and can in simple way describe complex setup to secure customer understanding.
2.Participate or drive the technical setup delivery in tenders/offers/RFP.
3.Participate in conference or similar as the NNIT speaker.
Products and technologies:
1. Plays a significant role to secure NNIT’s involvement with necessary technology partners.
2. Holds the necessary certifications within your working technologies.
Communication:
1.Together with management, prioritize and plan tasks among China team.
2.Responsible for communication between China and DK team.
3.Responsible for reporting the issues to DK team lead on timely manner.
4.Ensure the service quality of China team.
5.Work closely with the team on the tasks.
6.Setup/maintain knowledge share system within China team.
7. Maintain and further development of the necessary competencies and knowledge within the field of business.
8.Preparation and maintenance of QMIT procedures and interface documentation within the field of responsibility.
9. In good health condition.
