About the Job
In this versatile role you assume the overall responsibility for the execution of projects and the support of our customers mainly in the automotive industry. Your commitment and hands-on mentality will help you to build and deepen good customer relationships. You will help OEMs with their digitalization strategy by planning and implementing projects in an agile manner.
Key Responsibilities:
?Project Management
oBuild and maintain relationships with clients, manage client’s expectations and customer satisfaction.
oBe responsible for tracking and management of project requirements, risks, resources, costs, quality, schedule and scopes, as well as provide appropriate solutions to customer.
oCoordination between business and technical teams.
oBe responsible for successful, on-time delivery of the company’s projects.
oDevelop project related documentation, including project open issues, project status, reports, etc.
oBe proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may potentially have negative impacts to a project or project deliverables.
oWorking in close collaboration with the creative department, frontend, backend, data team and the business stakeholders.
?Business Consulting
oCollect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
oConduct research and provide fit-gap analysis based on industry trends, competitor benchmark/scan and client’s current business situation.
oFormulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.
oAnalyze, comprehend and summarize business processes and requirements.
oPrepare process/technical concepts for process automation and system integration that solve customer requirements.
oExplain process/technical concepts in a structured, receiver-oriented way
oPresent ongoing findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
oDevelop detailed and “hands-on” business plans to drive small or radical changes continuously.
oAssist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
oProvide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.
Professional Skills:
oGood knowledge and proper understanding of the automotive business from an OEM side.
oExcellent communication skills in English.
oAt least 3 years in IT Project Management experience.
oSolid Knowledge in Agile development methodology, e.g. SCRUM
oStrategic planning experience, include but not limited to: CRM, digitalization, innovation, information management, interactive marketing, social media and big data.
oFlexible and adaptable; able to work in stressful situations.
