## Learning phase##
Major Responsibilities
?Learn Schindler parameter system
?Learn structure of cost and price lists
?Set up a tracking file for the execution status of the about 4000 cost positions
?Understand structure of base product, product variants and options
## Execution phase##
Major Responsibilities
Calculate cost based on
?Order processing of real cases and analysis of production BOMs (mainly for base product and its variants)
?Get drawings and related BOMS from options
?Get cost out of SAP system or from purchasing
?Add the assembly time if applicable
?Consolidate information and clarify results and assumptions with Product management
?Input of cost into excel cost tables of the configurator
?Full documentation of work on paper, in the cost files and in special shared folders
Qualifications and Requirements
?Bachelor’s degree or above majored in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
?Sound Knowledge on manufacturing Process, Understanding of Sheet metal and manufacturing process, understanding of should costing process;
?Familiar with Mechanical Design and BOM;
?Should be able to define manufacturing process for part and cost estimate the part;
?Ability to interface with cross functional teams effectively;
?Presentation & Report generation Skills;
?Good communication in English and Chinese.
