The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, overseeing, evaluating, developing and delivering business and technical solutions for customer opportunities and projects.
He / She will be involved in collaborating with clients and partners to analyze business needs, functional requirements, and system integration and interfaces, and be able to deliver commercially attractive end-to-end solution proposals.
Engage in cross-functional in-house and external teams to deliver innovative products, solutions and services
Negotiate and win new businesses, understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Understand the client’s strategy and priorities for investment, growth, efficiency, expansion and rightsizing
Identify and establish partnership with potential technology and solution partners to deliver integrated solutions
Work closely with Sales Team in developing new business and closing deals
Improve the service delivery efficiency and performance on behalf of the client
Successful delivery and client satisfaction with the contracted services
Work with the PCCW bid team, including partners, subcontractors to deliver solutions
Understand the future customer, industry and IT trends. Apply this understanding to develop robust and state of the art solutions, and identify opportunities for future business
Target to win incremental business with clients
Possess strong experience and knowledge in a few of these Subject Matter : BSS/OSS, Customer Experience Management, Partner enablement solutions, Digital solutions, Omni channel solutions, e-Commerce, mobile money and payment solutions, IoT, Smart City Solutions, Big Data Analytics, AI/VR, Chatbots, Digital Media solutions, Retail POS solutions
任職要求:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT profession
Analysis and implementation experience in Communications, Media, Utilities industries and/or Smart/IoT projects
Possess strong experience and knowledge in a few of these Subject Matter : BSS/OSS, Customer Experience Management, Sales and Order Management, Partner enablement solutions, Digital solutions, Omni channel solutions, e-Commerce, mobile money and payment solutions, IoT, Smart City Solutions, Big Data Analytics, AI/VR, Chatbots, Cloud Solutions, Digital Media solutions, Retail POS solutions
Familiar and willing to learn common and latest technologies and trends e.g. Web, EAI/Bus, Mobile Apps, Java, ETL & Analytics, IoT, VR/AR, Machine Learning, Cloud services, etc.
Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and design and the overall SDLC
Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
Highly-motivated, independent, driven and passionate worker
Willingness to travel and/or work on regional projects
Effective verbal and written communication in English and Putonghua and excellent presentation skills
