Senior IoT Solution Architect

We are growing our Digital team worldwide and looking for Senior IoT solution architect to join our global expansion based in Hong Kong. Candidate with less experience will be considered as IoT Solution Architect.

The Job
?As a Senior IoT Solution Architect in Digital team, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a IoT strategy to build mind share and broad use of PCCW Digital Solution within strategic accounts locally and globally.
?Identify and exploit opportunities to grow and develop PCCW Solutions’ IoT portfolio
?Assess technical solution complexity and deliverability within PCCW’s IoT capabilities
?Leading IoT solution design presentations and workshops towards the Enterprise Market. Clearly differentiate PCCW Solutions against its competitors.
?Create, propose, and coordinate the launch of differentiating products, services and initiatives able to win and to retain international accounts
?Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in the Digital technologies (e.g. IoT, Immerse Experience, Digital Twin) as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the Cloud/ Analytic platform.
?Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in supporting of projects in Digital Team
?Produce technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
?Perform detailed analysis of requirements and solutions to ensure effectiveness, relevance, accuracy and robust controls
?Work closely with customer experience design, product management, QA and backend engineering teams
?Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements, translating clients’ requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions

The Person
?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
?A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in digital solution architecture
?Experience in working with ICT enterprises, System Integrators, and Consulting firms as solution partners is a preferred
?Proven technical & sales experience encompassing design and development of IoT solutions.
?Experienced in architecture and solutioning of enterprise application and digital capabilities (e.g. APIs, microservices architecture) would be an advantage
?Willingness to be a challenger to the traditional way
?Good command of spoken and written English (and Chinese is also preferred but not essential)
?Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
?Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic and able to perform in challenging environment
