Overview
we are looking for an intelligent, seasoned IT security engineer to join our team. A successful engineer at Dimension Data will be able to truly understand the IT environment, assess, design, and implement security solutions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years IT security work experience include firewall / system/ ISE
* Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
* Experience and desire to work in a team environment with other engineers
* Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help
* Ability to focus, manage your time and your work, and get things done quickly, efficiently, and completely
* Track record of continuous improvement
* Dependable
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

Behavioral skills
Security Engineers (L2) are required to strictly comply with all processes and procedures as prescribed by Dimension Data and the client when relevant.
Security Engineers (L2) are also responsible for producing breach and other reports that are necessary for the correct operation of processes.
They identify failures and short-comings in the current processes and escalate with recommendations.
Their ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required will contribute to their success.
These individuals display the ability to explain procedures or technical details to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Mandatory
At least 3-4 years of experience in a technical support environment working with at least 2 of Cisco, Juniper, Check Point and Palo Alto Firewall products

Certification
Check Point CCSE or Palo Alto CNSE or Cisco Strictly CCIE
