職位描述
Major Responsibilities
- Represents project team and acts as an interface between development team, project management team and business departments.
- Supports QM on SIT related issues and documents.
- Supports and consults the client on UAT related issues and documents.
- Responsible to communicate and support upcoming development changes.
- Organizes and clarifies feasibility of additional development activities.
- Documents and tracks feedback in frequent contact to business department.
Requirement
- Basic IT literacy, knowledge of Quality Center is beneficial.
- English: good written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Know-how of ITPM is an advantage.
- At least 5 years business design.
