Implements/Maintenance full cycle SAP projects/ roll-outs / enhancements or change requests in any of the following SAP areas: FI/CO, SD, PS, CS, PM, MM, PP, Basis ,QM, WM, HR/HCM, ABAP, BI/BW

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions.

Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.



Job Requirement

Understanding of the business processes, standards and practices of related applications relevant to his/her area of responsibility (Financials, Logistics, Sales and Distribution, Service and Maintenance, etc.
? Experienced in at least 3 full cycle project implementations/upgrades
? Minimum 5 years relevant SAP experience in the area applied for
? Integration knowledge with other SAP modules will be highly valued
? Must possess a degree in a discipline related to your area of consulting or University degree, preferably in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science, or extensive working experience
? Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
? Excellent communication skills and customer relationship skills
? Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills

v 與業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)及其他IT功能團(tuán)隊(duì)通力合作合作，從而做到對(duì)流程、項(xiàng)目及需求的跟蹤和管理，來滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求。

v 準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目可交付成果包括(但不限于)程序流程、業(yè)務(wù)需求、工作說明和功能設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。

v 設(shè)計(jì)便于用戶理解和使用的程序。確保業(yè)務(wù)變更管理、用戶培訓(xùn)和用戶支持的計(jì)劃和實(shí)施。

v 從功能性角度通過擬合分析和缺口分析、案例研究、評(píng)估定制等方法確定評(píng)估方案。

v 高效地管理任務(wù)、資源、可交付成果、預(yù)算、變更、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和問題。

v 定期協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、引導(dǎo)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保成員能夠及時(shí)、適當(dāng)?shù)亻_展工作。

v 確保方案的成本效益和可持續(xù)性。
與物流團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作并設(shè)定具體目標(biāo)以供用戶采納，設(shè)計(jì)解決方案并做相應(yīng)的部署。
