職位描述
Job Description:
Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for OS issues. Installs, configures, upgrades and troubleshoots software on Takeda laptop and mobile device. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Recommends solutions, Participate in IT projects. The role involves providing systems and technical support , not only in Shanghai also for teams in China. Ability to liaise with end users and quickly identify and implement solutions to their support issues is vital. Closely follow up the infrastructure issue occurred in China
Qualifications:
- Very good English
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
- Proactive and shows initiative in completing projects/tasks with little supervision
- Strong communication skill with end user and team member
- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, negotiate and create consensus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask workload
- Ability to work with remote team members
- Strong self-learning attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to support
Professional/Technical Skills
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco network facilities (VC, Switch,) and HP server
- Knowledge in Windows OS and iOS
- Knowledge in IT architecture and security
