崗位職責(zé)：
-- 給學(xué)員入門指導(dǎo)課，幫助學(xué)員了解必益學(xué)院，并迅速進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
--定期與外籍老師（國際學(xué)科課程及出國考試類為主）溝通學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況,針對(duì)學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)方法，學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度以及學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的跟蹤輔導(dǎo)。
--定期為家長提交學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告、課業(yè)規(guī)劃，做好客戶跟蹤回訪；提高客戶滿意度的同時(shí)，促成學(xué)員續(xù)費(fèi)。
--根據(jù)部門發(fā)展及學(xué)員需求，對(duì)學(xué)員進(jìn)行一對(duì)一的課程輔導(dǎo)，或部分小班課程的授課。
--其它學(xué)術(shù)相關(guān)工作及臨時(shí)任務(wù)。
崗位要求：
--本科及以上學(xué)歷。
--英文聽說讀寫優(yōu)秀，專八、雅思7.0優(yōu)先。
--優(yōu)秀的人際溝通技巧，服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，有責(zé)任心、耐心、積極、熱情。
--規(guī)定時(shí)限內(nèi)高質(zhì)量完成各項(xiàng)工作，有一定的抗壓能力。
--能夠適應(yīng)周末工作。
--有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
