職責(zé)描述：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)官方微博、微信等平臺(tái)的日常內(nèi)容的撰寫(xiě)和運(yùn)營(yíng)；
2. 收集、研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱點(diǎn)話題，結(jié)合新媒體特性，對(duì)微博、微信內(nèi)容的實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整和更新；3. 負(fù)責(zé)微博、微信大型活動(dòng)方案的策劃、創(chuàng)意、執(zhí)行、運(yùn)營(yíng)以及匯報(bào)和總結(jié)。
4. 策劃組織線上大型合作活動(dòng)以及定向?qū)ｎ}活動(dòng)的組織策劃執(zhí)行推廣，并做相應(yīng)的活動(dòng)評(píng)估報(bào)告和總結(jié)報(bào)告，同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)微博微信媒體資源拓展，渠道運(yùn)營(yíng)及管理；
5. 分析同行業(yè)微博，微信內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及話題熱點(diǎn)，調(diào)研目標(biāo)用戶群體喜好，在此基礎(chǔ)上定位客戶需求及喜好，增長(zhǎng)粉絲量；
6. 完成上級(jí)指定的其他工作;

任職要求：
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，有1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2. 具有較強(qiáng)的新聞、熱點(diǎn)敏敢性，有較強(qiáng)的文案功底。

3. 有豐富的線上線下活動(dòng)推廣實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解知識(shí)性媒體特點(diǎn)，熟悉口碑營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的執(zhí)行操作流程；

4. 網(wǎng)感好，創(chuàng)意優(yōu)，執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)，有良好的策略思考能力并能獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)方案，一定程度掌握?qǐng)D片處理軟件；

5. 知識(shí)面廣，思維活躍，工作主動(dòng)，有責(zé)任感，能承受較大的工作壓力；

6. 對(duì)微博和微信運(yùn)營(yíng)成功案例者優(yōu)先；

7. 良好團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力，獨(dú)立思考能力 ，觀察力和應(yīng)變能力;

8. 有教育行業(yè)背景、對(duì)行業(yè)有一定見(jiàn)解者優(yōu)先
