Duties & Responsibilities:

?Undertake analysis of the customer’s business requirements and identify technical delivery solutions that support changes in their business and business processes
?Carry out comprehensive investigations and data gathering of the customer’s information and technical requirements
?Contribute to the design and development of technical delivery solutions for customers
?Develop costing for all proposed technical solutions
?Carry out investigation with suppliers to support the development of solution costing
?Build and maintain close relationship with customers through all phases of needs assessment, and solution design
?Effective and efficient communication with account manager or sales manager for each bids.
?Report to upper management on a monthly basis on status, issues and recommendation
?Involved in Industry authority activities to bring value to company existing services such that to create more business opportunities for all clients
?Provide suggestion to improve current working model/process of Service Planning, improving moral and working conditions and team spirit


Requirements:
?Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
?Above 10 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years of IT consultant role
?Solid experience in at least one of the following:
oSystem Infrastructure Design including Network, Mid-range, SAN storage, Backup and system monitoring, Virtual machines (VMware is a plus)
oCloud design and implementation
oInformation Security
?Good understanding on ITIL
?Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
?Good presentation and problem solving skills
?Excellent leadership skills and result-orientated
