職責(zé)描述：
1.Process the SW/Appl related product charms and trigger the software patch based on the charm analysis guideline. / 處理已發(fā)布產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的軟件及應(yīng)用Charm（Conduct CCB）；并根據(jù)相關(guān)的流程分析并觸發(fā)軟件補(bǔ)丁項(xiàng)目。
2.Process the customer complaints together with DCU as the proxy and interface of R&D/作為研發(fā)的接口和代表，和DCU一起處理客戶(hù)的抱怨。
3.Process the IB related hot topic with R&D teams /作為研發(fā)的接口和代表，和其它部門(mén)處理IB的Hot topic。
4.Feedback the IB insight to R&D/MK/CS as the input for the strategy development/不斷提高對(duì)產(chǎn)品的了解和洞察，并反饋給研發(fā)/市場(chǎng)/客服作為未來(lái)的方向指引
5.Collection/Maitenance/Monitoring/Analysis/Report on the IB data/產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的收集、維護(hù)、監(jiān)控、分析和報(bào)告
6.Develop/Maintenance/Manage IB realted tools/與產(chǎn)品流程相關(guān)的支持性工具的開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)和管理
7.Improve the related process and practice continually /持續(xù)流程改進(jìn)
8.Support other department by supplying specified IB data collection and analysis/ 基于其他部門(mén)的需求提供特定的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析服務(wù)
9.Track state-of-the-art technology and drive technology update (Senior and above) / 跟蹤前沿技術(shù)（高級(jí)工程師及以上級(jí)別適用）
任職要求：
Work Experience/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1. At least 3 years R&D development experience / 至少三年研發(fā)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Perferred experience on oriented software engineering in C++/C# for large software system or hardware engineering including mechanical/electrical/controlling fields. / 有在大型軟件系統(tǒng)中面向?qū)ο箝_(kāi)發(fā), 或者硬件開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域（包括機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)/電子設(shè)計(jì)/控制技術(shù)）經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2. With big data analysis and process experience / 有大數(shù)據(jù)分析，處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Perferred experience on medical equipement./有醫(yī)療設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)背景優(yōu)先。
