Due to dynamic growth and exciting plans for this year as well as huge ongoing expansion Elekta China is looking for Product Owners.
Make a difference for assigned products ensuring Elekta maximizes its profitability and customer satisf throughout their lifecycle. Drive the introduction of new and innovative products and features, maintain and sustain current products throughout their lifecycle for defined business segments and deliver on agreed roadmaps, business ives and product innovation priorities.
Responsibilities:
-Work jointly with Product management and SPM to collect, aggregate and analyze product requirements and transform them into the product backlog.
-Create and actively maintain requirement items for specific product backlog.
-Prioritize and sequence the backlog according to business value and its alignment to company’s roadmap.
-Understand the business value of requirements profoundly and convey it internally as well as externally.
-Break down requirements into user stories granular enough for scrum teams to achieve within each iteration.
-Ensure the team is on track by participating in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Work closely with scrum teams to provide requirement wise suggestion and solutions.
-Responsible for user story acceptance and new feature demo.
-Work jointly with Product management and SPM to provide documentation for the Product Creation Process.
-Provide a good working knowledge of competitive products as well as key market drivers.
-Analyze customer’s feedback and make decision of transferring into product backlog or emergent fix.
-Make decision of related product defects importance by priority and criticality analysis.
Job Requirements (Skills/Experiences/Qualifications)
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in product development, solution/marketing/sales. Experience in oncology department and/or medical products company preferred.
-Ability to effectively interact with scrum teams and members of other departments and a good working knowledge of all Elekta products and services.
-Excellent communication skills and be able to speak and write English to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
-Relentless prioritization and alignment with business and Engineering team stakeholders to capture business value.
-Experience with the SCRUM methodology or SAFe is a plus.

-Exceptional communication skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
-Persistent and persuasive behavior. Ability to influence others.
-Highly self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
-Good team working skills and collaborative mind set.
