Responsibilities:
oProvide instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair and compliance services.
oContribute to high-value service related procedures and documents.
oWork closely with other departments to enhance customer experience.
oDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory.
oHelp Service Sales Representative on service orders.
Requirements:
oBachelor degree, and major in Life Science, BioEngineer, Machinery, Electronics, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
oMinimum of 3 years’ experience on field service.
oWell communication skills, either to internal partner and customers.
oHigh energy, team p and capability of working under pressure.
oSelf-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
oWell computer skills using windows and Microsoft office.
oWell oral and written English skill.
oAble and willing to travel extensively.
