?1、Responsible for planning, coordination and supervising team sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover, Gross profit in Region.
?2、Cooperate with Distributors.
?3、Responsible for implementation of marketing /sales concepts, strategies. At the same time being close to the needs of the local market and target groups and plans, coordination, cost control, support all marketing /sales activities, also concerning new products in order to achieve the planned yearly turnover and gross profit.
?4、Sales Management Activitie: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management
?5、Coach the team to meet(over achieve) area sales target.
?6、Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions.
?7、Manage the instrument inventory well
?8、Coaching the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisf in inter with our brand promise.
?9、Marketing Activities: To analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with RCM/RCS and react according to market.
?10、Coach and develop team members.
?11、Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
1、At least 8 years in medical device sales or related fields, familiar with technical products sales. 2、Has team management experience.
3、Bachelor Degree and above
