1. Support clinical market communication in national and international KOL and marketing events
2. Work together with clinical marketing team and Scientific manager to maintain collaboration with reference sites
3. Assist Scientific manager to develop and maintain research partners
4. Implementation of research projects in a way consistent with international standards and in the interest of Siemens and the partner
5. Management of the collaboration process from identifying a partner, project design, project implementation, completion of data collection, storage and presentation and final closure of the projects
6. Preparation of scientific papers together with external partners to ensure high quality from communication perspective
7. Contact point of global and local collaboration teams of different business lines
8. Supporting sales organization to achieve the business goal through development and continuous improvement of scientific communications and education programs
This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
- Previous experience in a related medical field is preferrable, but not essential
- Degree or Master degree majored in marketing, market communication, business management, health science or medical science related areas
- Minimun 3 years experience in related fields of healthcare industry is plus. Experience in publishing and presenting scientific work to the medical community is highly recommended
- Good at motivate and guide customers through the process of research projects. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and the medical community about the research work
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is essential
- Motivation and capability for self learning is highly regarded
- Willingness and availability to travel is essential
