What are my responsibilities?
Plan and manage yearly corporate level mega events and exhibitions internally and externally.
Well understand company branding messages, guidelines, business strategies and priorities. Work closely with various stakeholders(global, BA, region, management, function) to work out the integrated project plan and put into quality execution.
Assist Marcom Director to centrally manage budget planning, tracking and monitoring.
Collaborate with procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project delivering outcome.
Other Marcom related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor and company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in communication, marketing, medical related industry preferred
2. Above 8 years working experience in marketing/communication field with mega projects managment experience, medical device related field preferred, MNC experience preferred
3. Excellent communciation skill with muti-stakeholders internally and externally, outcome driven mindset
4. Ability to work independently as project leader to drive the team for the high performance.
5. Excellent in MS Office, good at Excel and PowerPoint
6. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
7. Positive attitude, out-going personality, hard-working, self-motivated, open-minded, hands on with details managment.
8. Able to work under high pressure/ Able to handle multiple tasks.
