崗位職責(zé)：
1. Daily management of the technical service team in specific region, ensure customer requests be responded timely.
在指定區(qū)域里進(jìn)行技術(shù)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的日常管理，確?？蛻?hù)需求得到及時(shí)響應(yīng)。
2. Working with her/his team, as an excellent candidate to provide and professional technical service to customers , ensure technical queries are properly and timely handled.
當(dāng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員無(wú)法及時(shí)有效的提供客戶(hù)服務(wù)支持時(shí)，作為團(tuán)隊(duì)里的優(yōu)秀候選人，提供客戶(hù)迅速和專(zhuān)業(yè)的技術(shù)支持服務(wù)，確保技術(shù)需求及時(shí)響應(yīng)和解決。
3. Implement company and department strategies and initiatives, ensure project completion timeliness with high quality.
執(zhí)行公司和部門(mén)的策略和計(jì)劃，確保項(xiàng)目及時(shí)和高質(zhì)量完成。
4. Provide coaching and development to the team, build team spirit, establish KPI for team, ensure the team competence improved.
輔導(dǎo)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，構(gòu)建良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，建立團(tuán)隊(duì)成員考核目標(biāo)，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)服務(wù)能力的提升。
5. Visit VIP customer regularly, and explore the customer needs and potential product problem, ensure to solve customers product application problems in time and reduce complaint risk.
重要客戶(hù)定期隨訪(fǎng)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶(hù)需求和潛在產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題，確保解決客戶(hù)產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用問(wèn)題和降低投訴風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical Laboratory or life science discipline or equivalent
臨床檢驗(yàn)或生物相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in technical support for medical or biotechnological area at foreign company, at least 1 year managerial experience.
3年以上外企醫(yī)藥或生物技術(shù)行業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，1年以上管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Good knowledge of immunology knowledge
熟悉免疫學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)
4. Proficiency in ELISA principle and operation
精通ELISA原理與操作
5. Troubleshooting skill and experience
具備投訴處理的技巧和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
