亞太區(qū)銷售總監(jiān)International Sales Director APAC
Job Responsibilities職位簡介:
Responsible for planning and managing all sales activities across APAC area, to grow sales revenue.
Refine and implement sales strategy to drive continuous profitable business growth.
Promote sales of company’s products and expand market share, building company brand image.
Develop and improve company policy, process, tools etc.
Coordinate for cross functional cooperation for business oriented with inner and outer resources.
Operate business within budge and maximize the utilization of resources, ensuring the efficiency.
Managing sales team and other duties may be assigned as reasonably directed by management.
Requirement崗位要求:
Extensive experience of Sales, Marketing or business development experience with a proven track record of success, minimum 2 years of managing work.
Ability to optimize business organization and business process.
Ability to maintain and build effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers.
Solid sales aptitude and the demonstrated ability to increase profits and market share.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Significant travel within assigned sales territory, up to 75%, willing to work flexible schedule.
Language requirement: English Chinese
High standard of business Ethics.
