SUMMARY
This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues, internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below broad categories but may not be limited to:
1.Provide high quality trainings of products to internal team and customers (doctors) and/or speaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company.
2.Contributor or reviewer of clinical content of doctor education/marketing materials and internal clinical education materials.
3.Closely work with clinical education manager and lead some clinical projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & continued education.
?Provide high quality trainings to customers (doctors) and/or speaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company.
?Represent Align Clinical team to present at academic and professional Align events to customers.
?Provide ClinCheck review and clinical support to customers during educational events.
?Work with local KOL and speaker in the development of training content and publications.
?Contributor or reviewer of clinical content of doctor education, marketing materials and eLearning courses.
?Lead and optimize some clinical projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.
?Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all areas.
?Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.
?Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel and support local education events or take training.
Additional responsibilities:
?Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
?Perform other duties as assigned.

Experienced with Invisalign IDS, ClinCheck software, ClinCheck review and troubleshooting

Enough knowledge of orthodontics and clinical
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
DDS degree or equivalent Certificate of Dentistry from an accredited University
Master of Orthodontics/Dentistry degree or equivalent is desired
Fluent in English
