Job Summary:
Instrument Planner should manage the instrument forecast & order to delivery activities. This includes instrument demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, and associated analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is the key liaison and integration point for intercompany vendor, sales marketing, Finance, RA and Operations department.
This position reports to instrument manager, Operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
?Facilitate the instrument projection review with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other related functions on monthly basis.
?Inventory management to minimize the EE&O cost.
?Develop and document the factors and assumptions on purchasing, demand and supply to support instrument deployment needs.
?Work closely with Sales & Marketing team on new product & market development, product conversion and phase out.
?Work with overseas affiliates or local suppliers to manage the goods arrival schedule. Monitor the shipment status closely to ensure the shipment arrival on time. Report potential supply issues to management.
?Provide support to Operation team to complete the custom clearance and follow up the put-away performance. Ensure the product is distributed smoothly.
?Maintain planning parameters in SAP & ZFS systems.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
?College or University degree in Supply Chain management etc.
?2 years or above related experience in medical device or similar industry
?Good English both in oral and written
