職位描述:
This position will be responsible for the surgical business in Beijing.
主要職責(zé) Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- 完成當(dāng)?shù)氐匿N售指標(biāo) To achieve the sales target
- 專業(yè)的傳達(dá)詳細(xì)的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)給客戶 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty
- 管理當(dāng)?shù)卮砩?To enhance the distributor management
- 管理當(dāng)?shù)刂攸c(diǎn)客戶,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share
- 有效率的解決工作上的問(wèn)題,完成每周的銷售報(bào)告 To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely

- 能主動(dòng)去了解并回應(yīng)公司內(nèi)外部客戶的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs

教育、經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 Education/Experience Requirements
- 醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景,本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical
- 8年以上骨科外科相關(guān)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn) Above years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company
- 良好的銷售及溝通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill
- 適應(yīng)出差 Travel up to 50%
