Job Summary:
Event Specialist`s mission is to execute the events and delivery to meet Zimmer standard of excellence. Bridge all internal stake-holders closely to achieve highest level of results.
This position reports to MarCom and event management manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Manage budget for each event strictly Break down and detail each expense following up with invoicing process to secure internal payment to facilitate process Sourcing and updating suppliers to obtain best quotations.
2.Manage event from briefing to execution Ensure all relevant stake-holders are briefed communicated partnered through marketing and sales teams Manage and establish a profound relationships with suppliers Manage process and preparation for over lapping events Upload customer information into database after event
3.Manage event related materials, such as s/samples, etc.
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs) :
Driven Ability to be proactive and reactive Flexible and ability to perform under pressure, client focus and result driven. Proven track record in event management, organizational and project management skill Be good at communication and negotiation Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Teamwork.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
Education in marketing and business 2-3 years` experience in an event/marketing role Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Travel Requirements:
30% up timing in the fields for national event support. About once a month
