Job Responsibility:
1.Formulate strategies plan to strengthen distributor’s network and performance and supervise the implementation.
2.Partnering with Division Managers to implement key account penetration strategy and fulfil key accounts.
3.Develop distributor management.
4.Leverage Distributor coverage to meet end user demand and develop channel bench strength.
5.Propose, develop, implement and monitor distributor’s sales ives consistent with company overall strategy.
6.Establish distributor quotas to support overall sales targets.
7.Develop ion criteria for identifying new distributors.
8.Develop distributor balance scorecard for due diligence.
9. and recommend distributor for appointment.
10.uate performance (Balanced score card) and provide recommendation to terminate or renew.
11.Develop distributor incentive plans, recognition and promotional program.
12.Develop and deploy distributor’s capability development program.
13.Map training needs, schedule product training and certification for distributors and monitor progress as well.
14.Liaise with channel management on distributor appointment, induction, renewal and termination process.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
1.Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or Medical.
2.Minimum 2-3 years commercial management experience in healthcare industry.
3.Ability to communicate fluently in English both written and verbal.
