The Service Engineer is responsible for performing designated technical service functions required by the customers in assigned territory. He/she ensures high levels of customer satisf and achieving revenue target through providing responsive, high quality of service to the customers.

Service activities
-Carry out repair, maintenance and testing of customer owned goods in accordance with China’s national law and/ or Dr?ger standards either in a Service Center or at the customer’s site
-Provide adequate records to the customer to demonstrate the scheduled work has been performed
-Provide technical support/ trainings to staff and customers for specific products
-Ensure customer service requirements are met in order to promote service satisf, escalate if necessary
Hazards prevention
-Ensure all hazards are eliminated from the working area
-Implement preventive maintenance plans and practices in accordance with Dr?ger standards controlled by Head of Service / Service Manager
-Maintain the equipment, used in performing assigned tasks, to ensure it is working properly and if applicable perform calibration
-Ensure personal protective equipment is in good condition and warns in situation related to the personal safety
Contract management
-Prepare detailed repair quotations for customers in accordance with guidelines published by Head of Service / Service Manager
-Renew service contracts in his/her territory
-Identify new business opportunities for service contracts and assist in obtaining new service contracts
Customer relationship management
-Maintain a close relationship with existing customers
-Support in developing new customers as appropriate
-Address customer’s complaints skillfully and provide an efficient solution
Others
-Provide relevant information to staff regarding any change or up-date to relevant safety regulations, policies or standards
-Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
任職要求
University degree in natural sciences or engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience
2-4 years of experience as in-house engineer or field technician, preferred in a multinational company
