The Sales Representative is responsible for performing sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory in order to achieve the ives of maximum growth and profitability by establishing and maintaining customer relationships to existing customers, identifying and acquiring new customer, managing dealers/ agents and ensuring a high customer satisf rate.

Sales target achievement
-Plan how to ensure all sales goals and ives are carried out to completion in the most effective manner possible
-Maintain direct sales continuity with customers, including end users
-Represent Dr?ger to dealers/ agents and establish contracts for ongoing or future business
-Identify potential customers and promote company’s products
Customer relationship management
-Plan how to establish customer relationship in order to meet sales target
-Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that all needed information are provided
-Organize site visits and product trials for prospective customers
Management of dealers/ agents
-Work with dealers to achieve sales target for assigned geographic area with defined resources, tasks and goals for managed agents/dealers (i.e. propose discounts, commissions for dealers, area definitions and revisions, salary & bonus plans and revision) in align with the company’s overall strategy
-Monitor dealers product portfolio and organization development to disclose inconsistency with Dr?ger strategy and mission
-Implement sales processes and improve its efficiency continuously in align with the Company requirement
-Ensure that agents / dealers are properly supported, trained and uated keep dealers motivated
Deal with customer requirement
-Answer questions and requests from customer and/or dealers/ agents and provide product information
-Respond to customer complaints and resolve any technical problems, align with related departments
-Identify current and future customer requirements
Sales support activities
-Prepare cost estimations
-Prepare sales reports
-Manage and maintain demo equipment to ensure accurate stock balances and optimal utilization
-Attend and participate in industrial trade shows and similar meetings for the purpose of displaying and promoting Dr?ger products
-Assist in the collection of accounts receivable & overdue payments
Market competitor analysis
-Observe and collect information about the competition, their strengths, weaknesses, sales and marketing methods and philosophies
-Ensure to keep knowledge about the complete Dr?ger GSS product lines and competitors up to date, ensure basic knowledge about all Dr?ger Safety Division products
Internal communication
-Communicate project information relevant for other Sales Representatives both within China and abroad as applicable
-Communicate with the responsible employees on multi-party projects involving decision makers outside his designated territory
-Communicate product and services requirements to the responsible departments
Others
-Ensure expenses are controlled and justified within budgetary guidelines
-Operate in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
-Assure confidentiality of the customer list and other sensitive company information (e.g. Internal pricing, margins etc.)
-Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
任職要求
Bachelor degree in natural sciences and management/marketing
3-5 years of experience in a multinational company

-MS Office - expert level
-English in written and spoken - expert level
