Primary Purpose
The Lead Consultant is responsible to lead the service delivery of SWIFT Key customers and to support documentation relating to services provided by the team.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
. To lead the service delivery of SWIFT key customers, focus on central banks, large banks and financial institutions in China, e.g. Peoples Bank of China, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction bank etc.
. Drive client experience, strategic initiatives with service team, review service proposal and manage annual operational status
. Work closely with sales, operations, technical help desk, and fulfilment department leveraging teamwork to provide the client with a seamless delivery
. Resolve conflicts and barriers professionally, while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardize client experience
. Work independently with strong organizational skills to overcome challenges and ensure our clients needs are satisfied
. Employ polished verbal and written communications to constantly keep our client and sales informed with latest information of SWIFT
. Drive regular customer service meeting, deliver system health check report, troubleshooting course and workshop
. Leverage industry and product expertise to deepen client relationships and mitigate risk throughout the servicing process
. Take part in Incident management, and communicate with customer with party line and incident report.
Customer/Partner Relationship Management
. Support the development of long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
. Manage customer relationship at project management level for project responsible
. Support the development of strategic partnerships with internal parties to strengthen the practice’s go to market and delivery model, hence increasing the competitiveness of the practice
Team/ People Management
. Manage resource plan for the project
. Ensure selfs billability and utilization rate
. Coach and manage team and individual consultants
. Develop high performing, cohesive teams within the project
. Create and provide opportunities for staff development within the project.
Requirement
1. Typically 5 years consulting experience.
2. Experience in SWIFT support is an advantage.
3. Strong analytical skill and communication skill. Interview and report writing skills are essential.
4. Self-motivated, creative and a strong team p.
5. Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
7. Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail, takes initiative to broaden his/her knowledge and demonstrates appropriate analytical skills.
8. Able to travel as required.
9. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science.
10. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
11. Good knowledge of OS systems, such as AIX, Linux and Windows 2012.
