職責(zé)描述：
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Be accountable for the product design end-end, from concepts to prototype and specific UI specifications.
- Maintain and evangelize for consistency within UX guidelines and principles across all features.
- uate existing design through various kind of research methodologies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Effectively communicate design proposals, product specifications and negotiate options.
- Collaborate effectively with other product team members including marketing, product management, and engineering.
- Clearly translate requirements, and dissect complex workflows into intuitive and simple designs.

任職要求：
Bachelor or Masters degree in Human-Computer Inter, Industrial design, Art and Design or related field of study with a 4-6 years related experience or equivalent.
- Must have 4 years’ experience in inter design.
- Have experience conduct user research in different ways such as user interview, usability testing, etc.
- Strong design portfolio in consumer software, website which compete in the global marketplace.
- Demonstrated experience in designing mobile applications and web services, experience of designing desktop website is a plus.
- Expert understanding of design methodologies and principles.
- Expertise with tools such as Sketch, Axure, Photoshop.
- Demonstrated prototype skills with Invision, Proto.io, Hype 3, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
