崗位職責(zé)：1、負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校人力資源部門(mén)日常運(yùn)作的順利進(jìn)行；2、根據(jù)學(xué)校的發(fā)展，組織制定招聘、培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效、薪酬考核等人力資源管理的方針、政策和制度，并執(zhí)行相關(guān)管理制度及政策的落實(shí)；3、負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理和匯總?cè)肆Y源數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，指標(biāo)解讀，并提供意見(jiàn)；4、在人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、人才發(fā)現(xiàn)與引進(jìn)方面向決策層提供專業(yè)建議，全面提高綜合管理水平，控制人力成本；5、搭建人才培養(yǎng)體系，保障組織高速發(fā)展；搭建文化體系，保證組織健康持續(xù)發(fā)展；6、協(xié)調(diào)各部門(mén)之間的工作與關(guān)系，建立有效的內(nèi)部工作機(jī)制；7、熟悉外籍事務(wù)管理， 包括不限于外教工作許可及簽證相關(guān)的政策法規(guī)及辦理流程、員工關(guān)懷、員工關(guān)系處理等；8、維護(hù)完整、健全的工作人員檔案系統(tǒng)9、完成上級(jí)交辦的其他事務(wù)。任職要求：1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，人力資源，英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2. 精通英語(yǔ)，優(yōu)秀的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；3. 有5年以上國(guó)際學(xué)校人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；優(yōu)秀的外籍事務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；4. 熟悉外籍工簽的工作流程和運(yùn)作方式，能獨(dú)立解決復(fù)雜的人事管理實(shí)際問(wèn)題，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、人際交往能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)寫(xiě)作和解決問(wèn)題的能力；5. 有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，仔細(xì)，有抗壓力，富有責(zé)任心，6. 熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
