關(guān)鍵職責(zé):1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校各類(lèi)宣傳策劃文案的撰寫(xiě)和編輯，如微博、小紅書(shū)、視頻號(hào)等平臺(tái)的內(nèi)容輸出，根據(jù)學(xué)校營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略，策劃創(chuàng)意，撰寫(xiě)文案，發(fā)布高質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)容，提供學(xué)校知名度和用戶粘性；2. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目各類(lèi)對(duì)外宣傳軟文擬寫(xiě)，大型活動(dòng)軟文宣傳擬寫(xiě)、公眾號(hào)推文擬寫(xiě)、排版設(shè)計(jì)；3. 捕捉行業(yè)行業(yè)熱點(diǎn)，編輯產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容，通過(guò)有效運(yùn)營(yíng)手段提升學(xué)校平排知名度和品牌形象；4. 協(xié)助進(jìn)行資源分析與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，對(duì)市場(chǎng)推廣數(shù)據(jù)和信息進(jìn)行匯總、整理、分析并及時(shí)跟進(jìn)反饋，提出創(chuàng)新方法，撰寫(xiě)相關(guān)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)報(bào)告；5. 協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部尋找和開(kāi)拓有效推廣渠道，進(jìn)行學(xué)校品牌對(duì)外宣傳、咨詢及合作，加強(qiáng)與目標(biāo)客戶的聯(lián)系溝通，提高學(xué)校品牌知名度；6. 協(xié)助完成各項(xiàng)市場(chǎng)外部活動(dòng)和學(xué)校內(nèi)部活動(dòng)的策劃、籌備、實(shí)施和運(yùn)作；包括但不限于:統(tǒng)籌和開(kāi)展每周的家長(zhǎng)宣講會(huì)或者家長(zhǎng)工作坊活動(dòng)制定活動(dòng)執(zhí)行流程和進(jìn)度表，協(xié)調(diào)各部門(mén)執(zhí)行活動(dòng)分項(xiàng)；活動(dòng)物資的整理與準(zhǔn)備，活動(dòng)前和活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的人員安排與事項(xiàng)跟進(jìn)；7. 按規(guī)定完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。任職要求：1. 本科學(xué)歷, 設(shè)計(jì), 新聞,中文,英語(yǔ)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè), 有廣告公司或自媒體相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；2. 2年以上文案撰寫(xiě)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以上（微信公眾號(hào)，微博等）, 熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)化表達(dá)方式；3. 中英文文案寫(xiě)作能力優(yōu)秀，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)熟練，能流利進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)交流對(duì)話；4. 以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向，能夠快速學(xué)習(xí)，動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，做事積極，注重細(xì)節(jié)；5. 具有優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力，結(jié)合團(tuán)隊(duì)精神與跨文化意識(shí)；6. 有敏銳的洞察力和判斷能力，能夠迅速應(yīng)對(duì)處理突發(fā)事件。
