崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities:1.制定和實(shí)施學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化工作規(guī)劃，擬定學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并組織實(shí)施；Formulate and implement the university's information technology (IT) plan, establish IT policies and standards, and organize their implementation.2.管理學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)預(yù)算，組織協(xié)調(diào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)工作，實(shí)施預(yù)算績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)；Manage the university's IT construction budget, organize, and coordinate related IT construction efforts, and carry out budget performance ****uations.3.管理學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化團(tuán)隊(duì)，培養(yǎng)并激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)目標(biāo)；Manage the university's IT team, train, and motivate team members, and lead the team towards achieving its IT construction goals.4.管理學(xué)校共享基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校數(shù)據(jù)資源的配置使用和數(shù)據(jù)安全相關(guān)工作；Manage the university's shared basic database, allocate and utilize university data resources, and handle data security-related tasks.5.管理學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)及信息安全，組織開展信息化保密相關(guān)宣傳教育與能力提升培訓(xùn)；Manage the university's network and information security, organize, and conduct IT confidentiality-related promotion, education, and capability enhancement training.6.持續(xù)提升學(xué)校信息化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平，保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量滿足校園用戶需求；Continuously improve the construction level of the university's IT infrastructure to ensure the service quality meets the needs of campus users.7.持續(xù)評(píng)估網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化相關(guān)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，引導(dǎo)學(xué)校在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化建設(shè)領(lǐng)域保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；Continuously assess the application value of new IT technologies, guiding the university to maintain competitiveness in the field of IT construction.8.完成學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。Complete other tasks as assigned by the university leadership.任職要求 Job Requirements:1.擁有計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊或相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士及以上學(xué)位；Must have a master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.2.具備 10 年以上的 IT 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5 年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Must have more than 10 years of IT work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.3.具有高校、科研院所、政府或大型企業(yè) IT 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮；Preference will be given to those with IT work experience in universities, research institutions, government, or large corporations.4.具有高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息化建設(shè)統(tǒng)籌、設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃能力；Must have the ability to coordinate, design, and plan university network and information technology infrastructure.5.有大型信息化信息化項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、管理、建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Must have experience in proposing, managing, and constructing large-scale informatization projects.6.有網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通訊、信息化團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Must have experience in building and managing networks, communication, and informatization teams.7.熟悉高校與政府相關(guān)部門及信息化組織機(jī)構(gòu)的溝通機(jī)制；Must be familiar with the communication mechanisms between universities, government departments, and informatization organizations.8.具有出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，以及優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧；Must have excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as superior communication abilities.9.綜合服務(wù)意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)及工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；Must have a strong sense of integrated service, innovation, and work responsibility.10.良好的英語書寫和口頭表達(dá)能力。Must have good English writing and oral communication skills. 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學(xué)（簡(jiǎn)稱港城大）作為香港高等教育的重要一員，致力與內(nèi)地院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)拓展深入的合作關(guān)系。為貫徹落實(shí)《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，深化粵港澳創(chuàng)新合作，港城大更將粵港澳大灣區(qū)的辦學(xué)計(jì)劃納入大學(xué)整體規(guī)劃之中，為優(yōu)化大灣區(qū)高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)、聚集高端人才、建設(shè)國際科技創(chuàng)新中心做出貢獻(xiàn)。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學(xué)院就合作辦學(xué)事宜達(dá)成共識(shí)并簽署了合作協(xié)定，擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨(dú)立法人資格的合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)“香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）”[簡(jiǎn)稱港城大（東莞）]。以合辦雙方優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)、結(jié)合粵港澳大灣區(qū)及國家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，港城大（東莞）主要圍繞計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、人工智能與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、高端電子信息、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、智能制造、先進(jìn)材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)等前沿領(lǐng)域開展辦學(xué)。港城大（東莞）將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學(xué)理念，引入港城大學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩校一質(zhì)”，將“創(chuàng)新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程，致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）獲教育部批準(zhǔn)籌備設(shè)立。同年11月，香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）（籌）正式注冊(cè)成立，擔(dān)負(fù)起港城大（東莞）的籌建工作，現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)工作正在穩(wěn)妥有序推進(jìn)中。
