數(shù)據(jù)分析師雙休不加班Responsibilities:崗位職責(zé)-Using Tableau or PowerBI, a BI data visualisation tool, to report and analyse student performance and behaviour data to support school resource al****, teaching and learning improvement, and management decision-making.利用數(shù)據(jù)可視化BI工具Tableau或Power BI, 對(duì)學(xué)生成績(jī)和行為等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行報(bào)表分析,為學(xué)校資源配置,教學(xué)改進(jìn)以及管理決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持-Be responsible for performing routine tasks from PC and Mac deployment, printer, projector and peripheral hardware and software.負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)和解決日常客戶端電腦PC和蘋果Mac的系統(tǒng)安裝,打印機(jī),投影儀等常見(jiàn)辦公和教學(xué)設(shè)備硬件方面的問(wèn)題-Manage macOS/iPadOS/tvOS and ASM+MDM based on Apple.基于蘋果校園的軟硬件系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)對(duì)Mac, iPad以及Apple TV管控操作-Ensure IT inventory is accurate in asset management system.管理學(xué)校的IT資產(chǎn),并在系統(tǒng)中實(shí)時(shí)更新記錄-Fix daily end-users’ software issues like Microsoft 365, SIS, etc.解決教職工和學(xué)生在教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)中遇到的技術(shù)問(wèn)題,例如微軟365云平臺(tái),學(xué)生信息系統(tǒng)等教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)使用到的應(yīng)用-Respond to helpdesk phone call and onsite technical request by the reception desk, assist ICT colleagues on daily assignments if necessary.在辦公室前臺(tái)應(yīng)答技術(shù)支持熱線,接待前來(lái)尋求技術(shù)支持的用戶,如有需要協(xié)助部門其他同事日常工作-Offer end-user training to help them improve technical skills.提供員工的IT技能培訓(xùn)-Assist SIS administrator on creating /publishing assessment template / report and other operations.協(xié)助教務(wù)系統(tǒng)管理員創(chuàng)建發(fā)布成績(jī)報(bào)告等日常系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維工作。-Other duties as assigned by ICT manager.包含并不限于以上的工作,能夠積極執(zhí)行來(lái)自部門主管的其他任務(wù)安排Qualification:崗位要求--Good knowledge of Tableau or Power BI's data analysis quantities preferred.有Tableau或Power BI的數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析軟件實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。-BS degree, data analysis and ICT major are preferred.本科學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī),數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)專業(yè)為佳-Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant IT system具有良好的IT系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維方面的背景知識(shí)-Knowledge and experience of customer service practices and attitude擁有良好客戶服務(wù)態(tài)度-Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.相關(guān)在技術(shù)排錯(cuò)和用戶培訓(xùn)方面的桌面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)-Proficiency in English,strong communication skills with expat staff與外教可以用英文無(wú)障礙溝通,較強(qiáng)的面對(duì)面溝通能力-Working knowledge of help desk software like remote control tool.熟練使用常見(jiàn)的遠(yuǎn)程控制軟件VNC/RDP等-Database experience such as SQL/MySQL is preferred.有SQL/MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。-International school working experience is preferred有國(guó)際學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
