招生主管職位描述1.招生策略制定與執(zhí)行,負責潛在生源的落地轉(zhuǎn)化工作,確保招生目標的實現(xiàn)。2.負責招生電話及線上線下報名接聽及登記,為潛在生源及其家長解答疑問和相關信息指導,幫助學生和家長了解學校的教育特色、課程設置等。3.收集招生數(shù)據(jù),分析市場趨勢和競爭對手情況,及時調(diào)整招生策略;參與對當年招生生源狀況進行詳細分析,并對下一階段招生計劃安排提出建議。4.協(xié)調(diào)組織招生相關工作,協(xié)助做好參與招生工作人員的業(yè)務培訓。任職要求:1. 本科及以上學歷,具備教育招生相關的經(jīng)驗,對教育事業(yè)充滿熱情,尤其音樂領域,愿為音樂教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展不懈努力。2.需具備良好的溝通技巧和表達能力,能夠迅速且有效地處理招生過程中遇到的各種問題,確保信息傳達的準確性和高效性。3.對市場動態(tài)保持高度敏感,能迅速捕捉行業(yè)信息和政策變化,并根據(jù)這些信息積極主動調(diào)整招生工作策略。4.具備團隊合作精神和組織能力,能夠與其他團隊成員緊密協(xié)作,共同完成任務和目標。Job De****ion:Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the achievement of enrollment targets, focusing on converting prospective students into enrolled ones.2. Handle admission inquiries via phone, online, and in-person registration, providing information and guidance to potential students and parents about the school's educational features, curriculum, etc.3. Collect admission data, analyze market trends and competitors' situations, and adjust admission strategies ****ly. Participate in detailed analysis of the current year's enrollment status and provide suggestions for the next stage of admission planning.4. Coordinate and organize admission-related tasks, assist in conducting business training for admission staff.Requirements:1.
