崗位職責(zé):1、熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè),具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神。2、制定校園經(jīng)費(fèi)的預(yù)算和支出,分析學(xué)校財(cái)務(wù)狀況,負(fù)責(zé)收取、管理學(xué)校費(fèi)用。3、進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì),確保教育支出的合法性、學(xué)校下達(dá)的經(jīng)費(fèi)的正常使用。4、確保費(fèi)用的及時(shí)支付,記錄錢(qián)款流動(dòng)情況,避免經(jīng)費(fèi)濫用。5、具備良好的溝通能力和協(xié)作精神。6、提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的會(huì)計(jì)咨詢(xún),協(xié)助管理層制定財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)的政策。7、分配財(cái)務(wù)資源,建立財(cái)務(wù)分析系統(tǒng),及時(shí)更新教育費(fèi)用的報(bào)表,督促財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)的工作。8、收集相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),完成財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)表,及時(shí)完成校園收支報(bào)告。9、及時(shí)完成銀行存款、支付收支等相關(guān)工作,確保各項(xiàng)支出的合法性。10、組織制定和貫徹學(xué)校費(fèi)用和收入管理制度,嚴(yán)格實(shí)行費(fèi)用和收入審核、備案、報(bào)銷(xiāo)和跟蹤分析等規(guī)定。11、查驗(yàn)發(fā)票真?zhèn)危_保原始憑證內(nèi)容合規(guī),附件完整,審核審批手續(xù)齊全。12、按期核算及繳納各項(xiàng)稅款,主動(dòng)協(xié)作稅務(wù)檢查。13、負(fù)責(zé)審定每月在職職工(聘用人員)工資及離退休金,代扣五險(xiǎn)一金社保費(fèi)及職工宿舍水電、清潔、電梯等費(fèi)用,住房公積金扣繳,辦理職工提取住房公積金及貸款的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)。14、根據(jù)人力資源的需求,做好教職工調(diào)動(dòng)(轉(zhuǎn)崗)工作,辦理轉(zhuǎn)崗后的勞動(dòng)(勞務(wù))合同的變更手續(xù)。15、負(fù)責(zé)組織與公各學(xué)校教職工簽訂及續(xù)訂勞動(dòng)(勞務(wù))合同變更、續(xù)簽、終止、提前解除等。16、根據(jù)人事檔案管理有關(guān)規(guī)定,做好學(xué)校教職工人事檔案整理、信息化更新工作,做好檔案保密管理工作。 17、協(xié)助處理教職工關(guān)系、糾紛、工傷、勞動(dòng)仲裁等事宜。 18、清楚并掌握勞動(dòng)法合同。19、接收校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。任職要求:1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷(含資格證書(shū)要求):會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),5年及以上財(cái)務(wù)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),中級(jí)及以上職稱(chēng), CMA 、 CPA 優(yōu)先。2、熟悉會(huì)計(jì)和稅務(wù)準(zhǔn)則和法律法規(guī),熟悉報(bào)稅流程。3、計(jì)算機(jī)要求:熟練掌握 OFFICE 辦公軟件、財(cái)務(wù)軟件。4、熟悉國(guó)家金融政策、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)制度及流程、會(huì)計(jì)電算化,精通相關(guān)財(cái)稅法律法規(guī);豐富的財(cái)務(wù)分析、稅務(wù)籌劃、 操作、資本運(yùn)營(yíng)、財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)控管理及會(huì)計(jì)核算經(jīng)驗(yàn),較強(qiáng)的財(cái)務(wù)管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和財(cái)務(wù)分析的能力,融資和資金管理能力。5、較強(qiáng)的成本管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和具備全局的統(tǒng)籌財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;6、具有一定的前瞻性思維、較強(qiáng)的判斷與決策能力、自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)、較強(qiáng)的抗壓力;7、具備較強(qiáng)的人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,同時(shí)具備全局觀及較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和管理能力。Finance & AdmisistrationJob responsibilities:have passion about education, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.2.
