崗位職責(zé)：1. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生生活區(qū)的安全管理工作。 2. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生生活區(qū)的衛(wèi)生工作。 3. 關(guān)注學(xué)生身體狀況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生生病應(yīng)及時(shí)告知家長(zhǎng)、班主任，并安排就醫(yī)，。 4. 負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生生活區(qū)學(xué)生紀(jì)律，嚴(yán)格作息時(shí)間。 5. 熱情接待來(lái)訪客人、家長(zhǎng)。 6. 每天做好工作記錄，向?qū)W生處領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及時(shí)匯報(bào)。 7. 遇到突發(fā)事件及時(shí)反饋并在第一時(shí)間設(shè)法解決。 8.善于并精于學(xué)生管理，能夠良好把握學(xué)生的心理動(dòng)態(tài)，并及時(shí)給與適當(dāng)心理疏導(dǎo)；能夠贏得學(xué)生的尊重、信任與愛(ài)戴，良好勝任學(xué)生的教育管理工作。9.上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)布置的其他任務(wù)。崗位要求： 1.身體健康，性格開(kāi)朗，隨學(xué)生住校；2.了解學(xué)生心理，合理運(yùn)用心理學(xué)知識(shí)管理學(xué)生；3.溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)，了解管理人員、教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)各方面的意見(jiàn)、需求，并做到合理妥善的溝通和解決問(wèn)題；職位福利：餐補(bǔ)、帶薪年假、定期體檢、節(jié)日福利
