職位描述
Primary Objective(s) of the Position:
To manage the brand management function for South China market, and spearhead the development and execution of all local A&P programs supporting the brands, which include above-the-line advertising, field and event marketing and interactive marketing via different means.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
1. A&P program
- Development and overall integration of brand positioning and A&P programs in SCO
- Develop and execute local A&P programs and corresponding media plans for sales achievement and brand building.
- Supervise the brand team in their execution of marketing programs.
- Develop local communication strategy and implementation plans and actions.
- Monitor the A&P spending to ensure the maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Distribution
- Recommend potential distribution channels and formulate distribution strategies to maximize sales of San Miguel brands and local brands portfolio.
3. Marketing communication
- Overall development of communication strategy for SCO.
- Supervise the marketing communication and PR activities and event sponsorship.
4. Product
- Establish and develop the portfolio strategy for SCO
- Develop new product to ensure proper brand portfolio and brand growth
5. Consumer profile
- Monitor and keep track on consumer profile to ensure right market targeting.
- Identify potential consumer groups for San Miguel products and local brands in the local market.
6. Market analysis
- Work with Corporate Development Department of CBO on market research to assure sound strategic marketing decision.
- Monitor competitor information to identify potential competitors and movement of competitors.
