國內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)客戶和銷售渠道的開發(fā)與維護(hù):
?幫助所服務(wù)的基金擬訂機(jī)構(gòu)客戶營銷計(jì)劃;
?研究機(jī)構(gòu)客戶的特點(diǎn),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶的需求;
?維護(hù)現(xiàn)有機(jī)構(gòu)客戶關(guān)系,積極挖掘和拓展?jié)撛诳蛻羧?,確定重點(diǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)客戶群;
?開展對目標(biāo)客戶的直接營銷和持續(xù)營銷活動(dòng);
?定期拜訪客戶,了解客戶需求,及時(shí)反饋給投資人員;
?為目標(biāo)客戶提供咨詢服務(wù),協(xié)調(diào)各部門組織相關(guān)必要文件滿足機(jī)構(gòu)客戶的征詢需要;
?在代銷渠道方面,推動(dòng)日常渠道銷售工作,包括新產(chǎn)品銷售、持續(xù)營銷、產(chǎn)品促銷、宣傳教育等(代銷渠道主要是指銀行私行、券商、信托、第三方財(cái)富管理機(jī)構(gòu)等);
?定期拜訪代銷渠道,了解代銷渠道的需求,維護(hù)并保持與代銷渠道的良好關(guān)系,探索持續(xù)銷售的可能性;
?配合代銷渠道進(jìn)行市場調(diào)研和市場推廣活動(dòng)、定期向各渠道發(fā)送咨訊;
?根據(jù)部門的營銷方案,協(xié)助開發(fā)代銷渠道,尋求最優(yōu)的渠道銷售途徑;
海外機(jī)構(gòu)客戶開發(fā)與維護(hù):
?協(xié)助發(fā)掘海外機(jī)構(gòu)投資者,包括大學(xué)捐贈(zèng)基金、養(yǎng)老金、主權(quán)基金和母基金;
?維護(hù)海外各類金融機(jī)構(gòu)和媒體的關(guān)系;
?幫助所服務(wù)的基金準(zhǔn)備營銷材料,輔導(dǎo)其應(yīng)對投資者的面試;
任職資格:
?全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷;
?具備較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力;團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)強(qiáng)、書面及語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)、工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
?對資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)興趣濃厚,特別是對投資;
?有海外留學(xué)背景者或一至二年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
?在銀行、基金公司擔(dān)任過管理培訓(xùn)生者優(yōu)先;
Development and maintenance of domestic institutional clients:
?Formulate marketing plans for asset managers;
?Study patterns and needs of institutional clients;
?Maintain relationship of existing institutional clients and develop potential clients;
?Regularly visit clients, gauge clients’ needs and collect feedback;
?Provide consulting to clients, coordinate relationship between divisions of the clients;
?Regarding sales channels, facilitate the daily sales work, including sales of new products, ongoing sales efforts, promotion, investor education (sales channels may include private banks, broker dealers, trust companies, wealth management companies);
?Regularly visit sales channels, collect new needs, maintain relationships and explore potential ongoing sales opportunities;
?Implement marketing plan and further optimize the plan;
Development and maintenance of overseas institutional clients:
?Assist the partners to identify and develop overseas institutional investors, such as endowments, foundations, pension funds and sovereign funds;
?Maintain relationship with overseas organizations such as financial institutions and media;
?Help the asset managers prepare marketing materials, and prepare managers for interviews by overseas clients.
Qualifications:
?Full-time master degree or above;
?Strong communication and coordination skills; team player; responsible;
?Interested in asset management industry, especially in investment;
?Overseas education or one to two year working experience preferred;
?Trainee experience in banks or asset managers preferred.

We work for both overseas and Chinese asset managers, like hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds and fixed income firms. The managers we work for cover most of the asset classes. We help the managers refine marketing plan, develop brand name, get access to investors representing stable capital and develop products tailored for each institutional investor. The investors we cover include both Chinese domestic and overseas investors. We do not target high net worth individuals, only institutional investors, such as insurance companies, investment banks, commercial banks, sovereign funds, endowments and pension funds.
