-Build a bridge between financial analysis and business to dig out the business reason and improve performance of business;
-Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by leading or participating key initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.
-Develop financial analysis to address and mitigate financial risks and improvement areas through P&L analysis and the related core business;
-Lead efforts to cooperate with business departments and different finance areas to coordinate and provide efficient and effective solution for business improvement or new business initiatives;
-Collaborate with other financial leaders to monitor execution of new business solution to drive continues improvement;
-Proactively work together with business partners to develop and build annual business plan and short term forecasting;
-Lead or participate in special projects to achieve business initiatives by approaching of financial analysis and providing financial solution;
-Conduct monthly/quarterly financial closing analysis between budget/forecast and actual to improve accuracy of planning/forecasting and timely alert management;
-Implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps, developing talent;
Requirements:
Education:
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or related field.
Preferred:MBA or other post-graduate degrees in fields mentioned above.
Experience:
6+ years’ experience in Finance, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar environment..
Preferred:Experience working in larger (+10B USD), multinational company
