職位描述
職責(zé)描述:
-Assist Sr.HRD to arrange meetings and manage daily team routines`.
-Support HOHR projects/initiative roll out in regions and take timely tracking and data analysis to ensure the execution quality.
-Provide coordination and administrative support to HR Operations team, such as prepare, consolidate and archive relative documents etc.
-Other coordination works within and outside of HR Operations team according to superior instruction.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree with 1-2 years experiences in Human Resources
2. Basic experiences in Human Resources, understand HR terminology, processes and procedures. Experiences in a sound-scale MNCs is preferred.
3. Down to earth, detail-oriented.
4. Can do attitude.
5. Ability to prioritize and focus on completing tasks on time.
6.Proficient English ability on Reading and Writing, basic Listening and Speaking English ability.
7. Good computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
